Over the past 35 years I have had the privilege of hiring and managing the full range of employees, from PhD nuclear engineers to construction day laborers, and all types in between.

In the early 90's my doctoral dissertation focused on the management theory of W. Edwards Deming as it relates to human resources and employee interaction. That work, combined with my experience as a CEO in a number of small companies, forms the foundation of my consulting and coaching in the areas of leadership training and development, succession planning, team building and team dynamics, and strategic Board development.
